What You’ll Be Doing: 

As our Salesforce Developer, you’ll be one of the masterminds behind the technology that powers our customer experience. You'll be joining our current team, working alongside our Senior SF Developer and SF Admin to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that make financial freedom more accessible.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers. 
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions. 
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs. 
  • Develop and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, including validation rules, approval processes, and flows. 
  • Implement Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing. 
  • Manage and maintain managed packages and third-party integrations to optimize system performance and scalability. 
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers. 
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, RESTful and SOAP services, Mulesoft and middleware platforms. 
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and customization. 
  • Experience with all automation tools used in Salesforce.. 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.) preferred. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
