Job Title: Salesforce Solution Consultant (Business Analyst / Solution Expert)
Location: Plano, Texas (Preferred) / Remote USA
Employment Type: Full-time

Bridge Business & Technology. Shape Solutions. Deliver More—Together.

At mindZvue, Salesforce Solution Consultants sit at the intersection of business strategy and platform execution. You will own discovery, define solutions, and guide implementation teams — all while working directly with US-based clients across industries including manufacturing, financial services, and hi-tech.

This is a consulting role with real ownership: you will lead workshops, author solution documents, and shape how Salesforce is deployed to solve meaningful business problems.

What You Will Do
  • Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders, capturing business goals, pain points, and success criteria.

  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and custom platform configurations.

  • Author business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), process flows, data models, and solution architecture diagrams.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices.

  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform: custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.

  • Drive UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet client expectations.

  • Support change management and user adoption through training materials, documentation, and enablement sessions.

  • Manage requirements backlog and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies — recommend mitigation strategies to project leadership.

  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and solution presentations for prospective clients.

RequirementsWhat We Are Looking For
Experience
  • 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant.

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration/administration experience.

  • Prior external consulting or SI delivery experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud) in implementation contexts.

Functional & Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).

  • Experience with business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder workshops.

  • Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, MS Office / Google Workspace.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts.

  • Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Revenue Cloud Advanced is a significant plus.

  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and basic data analysis.

Certifications (Required / Preferred)
  • Required: Salesforce Administrator OR Salesforce Business Analyst Certification

  • Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder

Consulting & Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and navigating ambiguity.

  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
