Hands-on Salesforce Delivery

  • Perform advanced Salesforce configuration including:
    • Flows and automation
    • Objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
    • Validation rules and approval processes
    • Security model (roles, profiles, permission sets)
  • Support light development (or closely partner with developers) using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations as needed
  • Oversee releases, testing, and deployment activities

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Ensure high-quality pipeline and opportunity data
  • Design dashboards and reports for:
    • Sales leadership
    • Operations and forecasting
    • Executive visibility
  • Partner with downstream systems (ERP, CPQ, Service systems) to ensure data alignment

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support Salesforce governance, intake, and prioritization processes
  • Document standards, processes, and solution designs
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Salesforce usage

Education & Experience

Required:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce required; 3+ years working directing in Sales and Service Cloud in a techno-functional role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (required) and Service Cloud (preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Opportunity pipeline management
    • Forecasting and sales stages
    • Long or complex sales cycles
  • Advanced Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, security, automation)
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and lead requirements discussions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
