KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end SAP GROW transformation initiatives for mid-market and enterprise customers adopting SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The ideal candidate will combine strong business process expertise, cloud transformation leadership, stakeholder management, and SAP implementation experience to successfully guide organizations through their digital transformation journey.

This role will serve as the primary transformation leader, ensuring alignment between business objectives, SAP best practices, and cloud adoption strategies while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP GROW implementation and transformation programs from strategy through go-live and hypercare.

  • Define transformation roadmaps, deployment strategies, and organizational change plans.

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to align business objectives with SAP Cloud capabilities.

  • Drive fit-to-standard workshops and advocate SAP best practices and clean-core principles.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, data migration specialists, integration teams, and change management resources.

  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and governance activities.

  • Ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition processes and solutions.

  • Develop business cases, transformation strategies, and value realization frameworks.

  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status updates.

  • Support business process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and customer leadership teams.

  • Drive organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and change management activities.

  • Ensure successful transition from legacy systems to SAP Cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of SAP implementation and transformation experience.

  • 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.

  • Strong experience with:

    • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

    • SAP GROW methodology

    • Business process transformation

    • Program and project management

    • Organizational change management

    • Business process standardization

  • Experience leading multi-country or global SAP implementations.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

  • Experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification.

  • SAP Activate Project Manager certification.

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail, or high-growth organizations.

  • Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  • Experience with cloud ERP transformation and operating model design.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
