Lead SAP PLM initiatives, guiding clients through solution architecture, pre-sales activities, and team collaboration to align PLM with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for SAP PLM, guiding customers on solution architecture and best practices.
- Lead workshops, demos, and solution presentations for executive/business stakeholders.
- Design and implement migration strategies from legacy PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, etc.) to SAP PLM.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams to align PLM capabilities with business needs.
- Support pre-sales activities, capability presentations, and proposals.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 6+ years in SAP PLM (Engineering Records, DMS, Change Management, CAD Integration, etc.).
- Proven end-to-end SAP PLM implementation and migration experience.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA PLM and integration with MM, PP, QM, EHS, DMS.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage both executives and technical teams.
