KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling (CO) Consultant to support finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in management accounting, cost controlling, profitability analysis, planning, and integration with SAP Finance and Logistics modules.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard and business process workshops with Finance and Controlling teams.

  • Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP S/4HANA Cloud best-practice solutions.

  • Configure and support:

    • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

    • Internal Orders

    • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

    • Product Costing

    • Cost Object Controlling

    • Margin Analysis (CO-PA)

    • Profitability Reporting

    • Cost Allocations and Assessments

  • Design management reporting and controlling structures.

Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in SAP Activate project phases.

  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

  • Support master data design and migration activities.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Assist with cutover and go-live activities.

Integration & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Finance (FI)

    • Procurement (MM)

    • Sales & Distribution (SD)

    • Manufacturing (PP)

    • Project Systems (PS)

    • Group Reporting

  • Ensure seamless integration between operational and financial processes.

Support & Optimization
  • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.

  • Troubleshoot functional issues and process gaps.

  • Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud releases and regression testing.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP CO consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Cost Center Accounting

    • Internal Orders

    • Product Costing

    • Profit Center Accounting

    • Margin Analysis (CO-PA)

    • Allocations and Settlements

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Strong understanding of management accounting and controlling processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Certification in Management Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience with:

    • Universal Journal

    • Group Reporting

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

    • Embedded Analytics

    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and product costing processes.
