Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating demand, engaging prospective customers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for our SAP services and solutions portfolio.

This is a results-oriented role requiring strong prospecting, research, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and buying centers across various industries in the United States.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and sales intelligence tools.
  • Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product/service demonstrations for SAPSOL's sales and leadership teams.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, project timelines, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Develop and execute account-based outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns and messaging.
  • Track outreach activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on SAP market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, business development, or inside sales.
  • Experience targeting U.S.-based clients and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email automation tools, and lead databases.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly and monthly targets.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling or generating leads for SAP, ERP, enterprise software, IT consulting, or technology services.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP Managed Services, or SAP Licensing is a strong advantage.
  • Experience engaging CIOs, IT Directors, SAP Managers, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Procurement teams.

Compensation

Compensation structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and may include a fixed component along with performance-based incentives linked to qualified opportunities and business outcomes.
