Required Skills:
- 8+years solution architecting and deployment experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactor
- Must have implemented SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (EC and EC Payroll) in the capacity of lead solution architect either as a part of the Implementation Partner Team or Customer Team.
- Retail industry sector experience is preferred.
- Experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations.
- Good understanding of industry specific business processes.
- Has performed at least 3 feasibility studies.
- Understands the Industry Leading Business Process approach and is contributing to it.
