About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.

We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.

Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between product strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of our enterprise-grade software managing Microsoft Azure, AVD, and Intune environments.

This is not a role for "status trackers." We need a delivery leader who understands the technical nuances of cloud-scale systems and can optimize the flow of work across multiple Agile squads. You are accountable for predictability, release readiness, and the removal of systemic friction, ensuring our engineering output consistently translates into customer value.

What you'll do

  • Partner closely with Engineering and QA Leaders, Product Management, and Marketing to translate strategy into executable plans
  • Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple squads, ensuring that the transition from "product idea" to "shipped feature" is seamless and efficient.
  • Use data-driven insights (cycle time, throughput, lead time) to provide stakeholders with realistic, high-confidence delivery forecasts.
  • Partner with Product Managers to sequence the backlog based on both business priority and technical readiness, ensuring teams are working on the most impactful tasks.
  • Lead lean/Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, or Syncs) with a focus on outcome over activity.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Support, and Engineering to oversee the "Go-To-Market" phase of new features, ensuring the product is truly "done" and ready for users.
  • Proactively identify and resolve systemic blockers, whether they are technical hurdles in Azure or process-heavy bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or Agile Leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Lean/Agile Mastery: Deep experience with modern delivery frameworks and the ability to adapt them pragmatically to a remote, distributed team.
  • Technical Fluency: A solid understanding of the Microsoft stack (.NET, React, and Azure) and the ability to navigate architectural discussions regarding cloud-scale infrastructure.
  • Data-Centric Mindset: Experience using delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical progress into clear, business-focused outcomes for stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Specific experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, or Intune.
  • Operational Background: Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and how they impact the speed of delivery.
  • Scaled Delivery: Experience managing the intersection of multiple product squads and shared platform teams.
