About This Role:

Crusoe.ai is seeking a dynamic SDR Manager to lead our team of SDR efforts in acquiring key enterprise accounts in the AI/ML cloud infrastructure market. As the SDR Manager, you will recruit, hire, and lead our team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on developing top talent and implementing innovative strategies to drive pipeline generation. You’ll play a key role in making pipeline generation a team sport across sales teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with marketing. You will be part of an innovative and rapidly growing company, working with cutting-edge technology that is transforming cloud computing by leveraging stranded energy resources to power AI workloads.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Performance Excellence: Drive consistent attainment of pipeline generation targets by empowering and coaching a team of Mid Market and Enterprise SDRs.

  • Develop a Strategic and Iterative Process: Implement and iterate upon innovative strategies that will help us uncover, understand, and document our prospects business needs to ensure that SDR efforts consistently align with the changing needs of DataGrail’s ideal customer profile

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Take an introspective and motivational approach, creating a winning team culture.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and strengths, implementing data-driven solutions to improve pipeline results

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Customer Success and the greater Sales team to consistently refine and align our messaging and approach

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B IaaS or SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, including cold outreach, email sequences, and social selling.

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).

  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes.

  • Experience in Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure/AI Technologies

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about sales and team development.

Location:

  • Denver
