We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive growth for one of SecureVision’s technology partners leading the next generation of industrial innovation. This company helps global manufacturers and industrial organizations transform how they operate through advanced AI-driven solutions. Their technology delivers real-time insights into machine and process health, boosting productivity, reliability, and sustainability.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be the engine behind the sales team. You’ll connect with decision-makers across manufacturing, energy, and other industrial sectors to qualify opportunities and build pipeline for the strategic sales team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with exposure to enterprise-level sales cycles at Fortune 500 companies.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and social outreach
- Drive outbound campaigns targeting key industries and decision-makers
- Identify prospect needs and challenges that align with our technology solutions
- Build strong relationships that convert into high-quality opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff
- Meet and exceed opportunity generation and activity targets
What You Bring
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales role
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Coachable, curious, and eager to grow in tech sales
- Tenacious mindset—persistent and professional in outreach
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or industrial technology
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
Compensation and Benefits
- Target OTE: $75,000–$87,500 (70/30 base + variable)
