Position:  Secure Logistics Coordinator

Secure Logistics Coordinator

You’ll be the engine behind security operations and client experience in your market, running everything from secure ground transportation to GSOC support to training the next wave of local talent. This role blends hands-on execution with real ownership: one day you’re advancing a route and running an armored vehicle movement for a high-profile client, the next you’re coordinating with the GSOC team on a live operation or coaching a new local hire to the Fortis standard.

This is a full-time position, with your schedule flexing around client movements and training delivery, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call coverage. In Year One, you’re building mastery across every core discipline, including a dedicated training stint at Fortis Headquarters. By Year Two, you’re not just executing at a seasoned level, you’re developing the next generation of local talent and owning your market’s compliance and credentialing.

Apply if you’re:

  • Service-minded and committed to a positive, high-trust team
  • Built for discretion and comfortable under scrutiny
  • Calm under pressure and sharp on details
  • Someone who wants to grow from operator into trainer and local leader

What you’ll do:

  • Security Coordination: Execute in-person security coordination and facilitation for clients, managing communications and operational planning for high-security-threshold moves.
  • Armored Vehicle Operations: Operate an armored vehicle with disciplined, defensive driving habits and a professional presence.
  • GSOC Operations: Monitor GSOC communications, document observations, and escalate when situations turn high-impact or security-sensitive.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in security operations, executive protection, military, law enforcement, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a high-trust driving or protective role preferred
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a thorough background check
  • Willingness to travel to Fortis Headquarters for a dedicated training and credentialing program
  • Strong local market knowledge, or the drive to become a subject matter expert in your city
