About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Distribution Finance Underwriting Associate as part of the Credit Portfolio Management team.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the underwriting of less complex floor plan lending transactions within Distribution Finance Underwriting functional area
  • Review less complex issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to lower risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of Distribution Finance Underwriting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide information to Distribution Finance Underwriting managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Distribution Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Commercial Bank experience
  • Proficient is MS Office
  • Will consider Distribution Finance Experience in lieu of Underwriting Experience
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities

Job Expectations:

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$22.36 - $36.88
