The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive personalized, high-impact marketing campaigns for our key accounts in the enterprise segment.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing ABM strategies that align with our sales and marketing objectives, delivering targeted campaigns that increase engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many campaigns with the support of the wider marketing team.
-Collaborate closely with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and customer success teams to align ABM initiatives with business objectives.
-Identify and segment high-value target accounts, using data-driven insights and intent-based marketing.
-Design and implement multi-channel campaigns including email, digital advertising, direct mail, webinars, events, and content marketing to engage target accounts.
-Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
-Work with content marketing teams to develop personalized messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and tailored landing pages for target accounts.
-Test, analyze, and optimize ABM strategies based on data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline acceleration.
-Stay current on ABM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our ABM approach.

Qualifications & Experience

-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years of direct ABM experience.
-Proven success in executing account-based marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
-Strong understanding of ABM tools and technologies 
-Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (preferably with HubSpot).
-Deep knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
-Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on ABM performance metrics.
-Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in AI and Data industry
-Familiarity with customer journey mapping and personalization tactics
-Previous experience in enterprise marketing or working with complex B2B sales cycles
-Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
