Senior Account Executive - NYC, SF, Remote

Dynamic started with a simple vision: every app and website will have a wallet. Three years in, that vision is no longer just an idea. It’s happening now. Wallets are no longer just for crypto apps. They’re becoming the backbone of fintech, payments, and global remittances. Now much of the largest applications in our space ranging from Magic Eden, to Stripe, to Ondo Finance, to Lamborghini, are all integrating Dynamic to tap into crypto rails. We are at a pivotal moment as we scale from supporting leading crypto apps to becoming the wallet infrastructure of the internet.

Why join Dynamic now?
  • Be right in the middle of the action as more companies move on-chain: You will get to work with the top Web3 and Web2 companies that all need flexible, secure wallet infra as they migrate on-chain

  • Join at the perfect moment: We’re scaling fast, but still early enough that your contributions will define our trajectory.

  • Build the foundation of modern money: Backed by a16z crypto, Founders Fund, and other top investors, we’re making money more connected across chains and ecosystems.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead the next stage of growth for Dynamic. This is a quota carrying, hunter-focused role with revenue as the North Star metric via driving adoption of Dynamic across a wide greenfield territory of applications and chains, across projects and companies. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to technical demos to closing deals - with developers, product leaders, and execs at top fintech and Web3 organizations.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Business Development, with wide support from Dynamic’s leadership, and have a direct impact on our product and engineering to ensure our success in Fintech and help refine our GTM playbook.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if you are:
  • A technical SaaS seller with 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in fast-paced environments, and an excellent sales track record.

  • A strong hunter who’s confident prospecting and opening doors via LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, and warm intros, including conferences and other IRL events

  • Experienced in selling to developers or technical audiences (you’ve led API walkthroughs, answered integration questions, and navigated architecture discussions)

  • Well-versed in enterprise SaaS sales with bonus points for being familiar with wallets, authentication, or other Web3 developer tooling

  • Comfortable operating independently and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Passionate about the future of Web3 and excited to shape how people transact online

  • Based in the Bay Area or Greater NYC area, or open to relocation

Bonus Points:
  • Active participant in Web3 developer communities

  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup or working with crypto-native team

You will:
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting to technical selling and closing

  • Engage technical stakeholders (e.g., developers, CTOs) with hands-on product knowledge and demos

  • Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline using your network and proactive outreach

  • Translate industry trends and technical pain points into actionable sales strategies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and shape integrations

  • Track and manage pipeline activity and forecasts in our internal CRM systems

  • As you grow with Dynamic, there will be natural opportunities for career advancement
