What you’ll get to do

As a (Senior) Account Executive based at our central Chicago office, you will help build and expand PlanRadar’s presence across the US market. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage: the product is proven globally, the US market is already live, and there is substantial upside ahead.

This role is primarily hunter-focused, reporting directly to our VP Sales and working in close partnership with SDRs to generate and convert pipeline, while also owning and growing relationships with newly acquired customers. You’ll carry a clear ARR target and play a key role in shaping how PlanRadar wins, grows, and scales in the US.

Among other things you will:

  • Drive new logo growth across the US, owning the hunt from first outreach to close in close partnership with SDRs.
  • Run full-cycle sales and sell into complex construction, engineering, and real estate organizations through compelling, value-driven demos.
  • Build and grow the accounts you win, focusing on adoption, retention, and early expansion as a trusted advisor.
  • Consistently hit and exceed your ARR target through strong pipeline ownership, forecasting, and execution.
  • Act as a market ambassador for PlanRadar, leveraging global success stories and representing the brand at customer meetings and industry events.

What you bring:

  • Proven success as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in or exposure to construction, real estate, or PropTech is a plus.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience closing new business.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ARR targets.
  • Comfortable selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel as required; valid US driver’s license.

Why this role is exciting:

  • Significant market growth potential with a solution that has a proven PMF.
  • Active US customers — not a greenfield launch.
  • Direct ownership of ARR and visible business impact.
  • Opportunity to help shape US go-to-market strategy as the region scales.
  • High autonomy backed by a global, experienced organization.
What we offer
  • Competitive and progressive base salary and a performance-related career system.
  • Uncapped bonus based on a success-related commission scheme depending on net sales received.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with company contributions, plus company-paid life insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with a company match to help you save for the future.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) options.
  • Working in a fast-growing company with international customers and investors.
  • Room for personal and professional development.
  • Ongoing external sales training by experienced coaches.
