Job Description
Position Overview: Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly strategic, outcome-driven Senior Account Executive to lead our Fixed Video Solutions and Advanced Analytics business across Central Europe's most complex and secure environments. This is a senior, individual contributor role focused on net-new acquisition and strategic account expansion. You will be responsible for driving consistent Year-over-Year revenue growth by establishing deep operational relationships with key end-users and navigating multi-stakeholder government procurement cycles.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic End-User Engagement: Proactively identify and establish direct relationships with key operational decision-makers and economic buyers within Government, Defense, and Critical Infrastructure agencies. deeply understand their operational realities and vulnerabilities.
Proactive Demand Generation: Act as a subject matter expert to create market demand. Rather than waiting for RFPs, you will demonstrate the strategic value of Motorola Solutions' video and AI analytics portfolio to shape technical requirements early in the procurement cycle.
Complex Deal Orchestration: Partner seamlessly with Key Account Managers (covering specific defense branches and public safety agencies) to architect and close comprehensive, multi-million dollar solutions that integrate video with Motorola Solutions' broader ecosystem (Broadband, TETRA, Command Center Software).
Rigorous Deal Qualification & Risk Mitigation: Apply elite, structured sales methodologies to thoroughly qualify opportunities, identify true decision criteria, and accurately map the complex purchasing landscape.
Pipeline & Forecasting Integrity: Maintain rigorous discipline in Salesforce.com, ensuring your pipeline reflects objective reality with clear, verifiable next steps for every major opportunity to ensure predictable forecasting.
Basic Requirements
Qualifications & Ideal Profile:
Fluent in German and English
Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, high-value enterprise or government technology sales.
Deep understanding of the multi-tier government procurement cycle, including experience working with integrators, prime contractors, and end-users.
Prior experience in enterprise Video Security & Analytics (VS&A) is highly preferred; an elite, adaptable enterprise sales methodology is mandatory.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both operational end-users and executive leadership.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly disciplined in territory management and pipeline generation.
