As a Senior Account Manager for Commercial Vehicle Products (CVP), you will be responsible for driving strategic customer relationships, executing account growth strategies, and managing all commercial aspects for key and complex global accounts. Your role will focus on expanding Littelfuse market share, ensuring profitability, and providing customer-centric solutions across our transportation segment.
About the Job:

Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to drive revenue and profitability growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing quoting, negotiations, contracts, long-term agreements, and key communications.

Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, product, and supply chain to address customer needs and deliver timely solutions.

Foster strong customer relationships at multiple organizational levels, becoming a trusted advisor.

Analyze market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer applications to drive strategic business decisions.

Support new business acquisition (RFQs) and ensure successful execution and profitability of awarded programs.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, support S&OP planning, and contribute to long-term revenue strategies.

Drive the voice of the customer internally to support continuous improvement and innovation.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical field required.
-
7+ years of experience in account management, preferably within global manufacturing or transportation OEMs/Tier suppliers.

Strong business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute account strategies.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Littelfuse Business Center; experience with strategic planning tools and customer databases.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward customer satisfaction and profitability goals.

Experience in product development and understanding of customer program requirements.
-
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
