  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Ad Operations, Creative Strategy, Research & Insights and Sales Leadership—to advocate for client needs and drive innovation in our offerings.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall growth of the account management team.

Measurement of Success:

  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and continued customer trust.
  • Revenue & Business Growth: Drive year-over-year account expansion through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Performance Optimization: Improve campaign effectiveness and ROI, demonstrating measurable KPI improvements for clients.
  • Leadership & Influence: Act as a key contributor to internal team development, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising, preferably within the adtech, programmatic, or media industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to own and grow enterprise-level client relationships, drive revenue, and create long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data to drive campaign optimizations and business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, IAS, etc) is a plus but not required.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

If you’re a senior-level strategic thinker, relationship builder, and growth driver, we’d love to hear from you.

The pay range for this position is USD $95,000 to $110,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
