The Senior Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship, post-sale. The Senior Account Manager provides superior client service through premium campaign management, relationship development, account retention & upsell activities. In addition to regular and proactive client communication, Senior Account Managers interact across Nexxen's internal departments as well as the partner landscape on behalf of their clients. The Senior Account Manager maximizes client retention and generates upsell revenue by delivering best-in-class reporting, insights, and results.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs and strategic account support

  • Assess client goals and KPIs to develop tailored campaign strategies and recommendations that drive performance and revenue growth

  • Manage campaign execution from kickoff through launch, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign insights

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate campaign updates, troubleshoot delivery or performance issues, and identify upsell opportunities

  • Deliver proactive reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations using data, market trends, and campaign performance analysis

  • Maintain accurate campaign and account information within Salesforce and other internal systems

  • Develop a deep understanding of Nexxen’s product suite, platform capabilities, and best practices for campaign effectiveness

  • Support regional revenue and growth goals through strong client management and strategic account development

  • Collaborate closely with peers across the Account Management organization to support team success and knowledge sharing

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in key areas of the business and contribute to team enablement and process improvement initiatives

What Will I Bring?

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, account management, client success, or a related client-facing role

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tech ecosystems, DSPs, SSPs, auction dynamics, and digital campaign performance metrics preferred

  • Experience working directly with clients in a consultative capacity, with strong relationship management and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to learn new products, technologies, and market trends quickly

  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent analytical, presentation, project management, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while prioritizing competing requests and business needs

  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Salesforce, ad servers, brand safety and verification partners, PowerPoint, and Excel (including pivot tables, charting, and large data set analysis)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $75,000 - $103,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
