The Accounting Senior Specialist is contributing to the management of daily accounting operations.Mission & Responsibilities
- Run daily accounting operations including:
- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
- Monitor and analyze accounting data
- Produce financial reports and statements
- Participate in the coordination of annual audits
- Contribute to improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Maintain fiscal files and records
Qualifications & Languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Languages: English (Intermediate)
Previous experience & Industry background
- 5+ years of experience in finance
- Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company
