The Senior Advisor, Associate Experience is a technical expert responsible for designing surveys, performing advanced analytics, and delivering high‑quality insights that directly shape the associate experience. The Senior Advisor is a subject matter expert on employee surveying best practices, data management and governance, and data storytelling. This role serves as the primary connector for data management, quality, and governance for the Associate Experience Measurement team. The Senior Advisor executes on rigorous measurement strategies, drives analytics innovation, and ensures the integrity of data used to inform enterprise‑level decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Survey Design & Measurement
Influence the design, development, and refinement of enterprise‑wide surveys, including item‑writing, scaling, experimental design, and methodology recommendations.
Guide and mentor the team on best‑practice measurement methods, ensuring strong survey design, sound statistical techniques, and consistent application of validated research practices.
Manage survey platforms (Perceptyx, Qualtrics experience a plus) to ensure accurate configurations, sampling, workflow logic, and data capture.
Strategic Impact
Deliver key enterprise initiatives that shape the associate experience by analyzing data trends and producing clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.
Conduct research and synthesize primary data, benchmarks, and emerging trends to inform measurement evolution.
Partner with HR business partner teams to understand client needs and recommend and implement organizational effectiveness solutions.
Identify business needs, document requirements, and advise on build‑versus‑buy decisions for measurement and analytics solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Conduct advanced analyses, including predictive modeling, driver analysis, segmentation, and longitudinal trend evaluation using tools such as SPSS, Tableau, and Prism.
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights through compelling data storytelling and visualization (e.g., Tableau dashboards).
Support machine learning initiatives through data preparation, feature engineering, and statistical validation.
Data Management & Quality
Serve as the Measurement team’s main contact for data governance, quality assurance, and integration to IT and Analytics partners.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely delivery across all measurement pipelines and reporting systems.
Recommend improvements to data systems, workflows, and analytics platforms that enhance accuracy, automation, and insight generation.
Knowledge of
Survey design, measurement methodology, and enterprise survey platforms.
Advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, and data visualization.
Data governance, data quality assurance, and integration across enterprise data systems.
Machine learning concepts including data preparation, feature engineering, and model validation.
Organizational effectiveness concepts, requirements gathering, and translating research and benchmarks into strategic insights.
Skills in
Proficiency with SPSS (advanced statistical analysis).
Experience with Qualtrics and Perceptyx experience preferred.
Strong Tableau, Prism or similar visualization tool experience.
Knowledge of survey methodology, psychometrics, item‑writing, and applied statistical techniques.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data preparation methods.
Ability to acquire, organize, protect, and process large, complex datasets.
Strong capability to analyze trends, identify insights, and produce decision‑supporting recommendations.
Clear articulation of business requirements aligned to user needs and organizational strategy.
Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills for executive‑level reporting.
Ability to
Partner effectively with associates in Human Resources and other areas of the business
Facilitate meetings, ensuring that all viewpoints, ideas and challenges are addressed
Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Education/Previous Experience
Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field plus five years of related experience OR Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
Experience operating within cross‑functional teams (IT, Analytics, HR).
Background in organizational research, employee experience, or enterprise measurement.
Demonstrated success improving data quality, governance, or analytics platforms.
