Job Description

Position Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Financial Systems, this is a key role in our finance transformation efforts and will support the development of Oracle Enterprise Analytics as well as the buildout of Oracle ERP and OneStream applications.  This role will also be partnered with our Financial Operations team, which consists of Accounting, Tax, Treasury and FP&A along with Business Transformation, IT, and other cross-functional teams.  This role will also directly interact with our external systems support and implementation teams, to design reports, analytics and other reporting tools that will support financial and operational reporting across the organization.  Responsibilities include the requirements gathering and development of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Powe BI and OneStream Enterprise Financial Management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the continued development of the OneStream Enterprise Financial Management.

  • Support the building of Financial Management Reports and Dashboards utilizing - Oracle Analytics Cloud, SmartView, FDI, OTBI and Power BI.

  • Support the ongoing global rollout of Oracle Cloud ERP outside of North America along with supporting systems and business processes.

  • Lead and support project management of development activities and initiatives.

  • Have the skills to create rules using the common scripting language of Essbase and SQL

  • Responsible for system configurations, application, and integration settings across Oracle.

  • Documenting and validating business requirements with end-users and model solutions for complex business problems to be solved with automated systems to meet business and user requirements.

  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional areas internally and externally for the design and implementation of system-based solutions.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Information Science, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong coordination / organization skills with attentiveness to timelines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to work effectively in a team environment, driven to make continuous improvements and to drive efficiency with business processes.

  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

  • 1+ years working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP preferred or similar experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, Net Suite or similar ERP.  Oracle applications this role will support include – General Ledger, Projects, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.

  • Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting, treasury, and financial planning and analysis is a plus.

  • Working Knowledge of OneStream Performance Management system or similar system.

  • Ideally one full implementation with Oracle Cloud ERP including, Financials, as a Functional or Project Lead.

  • Prior relevant experience with an organization experiencing rapid growth and change.

Base Pay

$70,000.00 - $92,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
