We are looking for an articulate, intelligent Senior Art Director to work across a diverse range of design projects for a variety of clients This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to help lead, inspire, and help develop our creative team, to ensure we continue to create the very high standard of work our clients have come to expect. Key Responsibilities
Clever creative ideas and conceptual thinking
An inspirational design leader and team player with excellent communication skills
Proven experience working on branding projects (including brand identity/guidelines)
Ability to interpret and visualize complex information
Solid typographic/layout design skills, with a high level of crafting and attention to detail
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and PowerPoint
Experience working on digital deliverables and a keen interest in digital trends
Ability to manage multiple projects, team members and deadlines
Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across healthcare, consumer, and corporate communications clients
Partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted creative advisor throughout the project lifecycle
Create and maintain campaign visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and presentation materials that ensure consistency across channels
Mentor and support junior designers while helping to foster a collaborative, high-performing creative culture
Contribute to new business initiatives, creative pitches, and strategic growth opportunities for the studio
Qualifications
5+ years working on print, brand and digital projects
Previous experience in healthcare or technology industry a plus but not required
Industry experience using a variety of tools including the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Figma
Experience working with different workflows and overseeing process
Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and the development and execution of programs
Demonstrated experience developing campaign visual identity systems, brand standards, and creative guidelines
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, presentation design, and integrated campaign work
Experience presenting creative concepts to clients and leading stakeholder discussions with confidence and professionalism
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows, including emerging capabilities within Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-leading platforms
Experience managing, mentoring, or providing direction to junior creative team members preferred
The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $115,000 - $135,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
