Role Overview:
New York Life is seeking a Campaign Activation Senior Associate to help bring data-driven marketing campaigns to life across email and direct mail channels. This role is responsible for translating campaign briefs and audience requirements into production-ready workflows and target audiences within Adobe Campaign or a comparable enterprise campaign management platform.
The position plays a key role in enabling scalable, high-quality campaign activation through disciplined execution, strong quality controls, and continuous improvement efforts, including workflow reuse, automation, and GenAI-enabled enhancements.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Activation
- Execute marketing campaigns in accordance with approved briefs, requirements, and delivery standards
- Own end-to-end audience creation and activation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and scalability
- Build, test, and deploy workflows supporting email and direct mail campaigns
Requirements Review & Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner with campaign and business stakeholders to review campaign objectives and execution requirements
- Translate campaign, data, and segmentation needs into technically feasible, scalable solutions aligned with platform capabilities
- Collaborate with campaign managers to operationalize segmentation criteria, test plans, and activation requirements
Workflow & Segmentation Development
- Design, build, and orchestrate workflows within the campaign management platform
- Implement complex segmentation logic, list suppressions, and test designs, including A/B testing
Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution
- Perform thorough QA and validation to ensure audiences and workflows are accurate, complete, and activation-ready
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve data, workflow, and execution issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify and implement process and platform enhancements that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Develop reusable workflows and streamline manual processes through automation and GenAI-enabled solutions
Technical Expertise & Communication
- Serve as a trusted technical and execution expert within the Campaign Activation team
- Clearly communicate technical and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including execution considerations, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
