What You’ll Do

  • Support Catalyst directors and teams across two major client accounts—a leading wireless brand portfolio and an iconic automotive aftermarket brand
  • Partner closely with media team associates to bring campaigns to life across both accounts
  • Develop campaign workbacks and timelines that keep complex, multi-workstream projects on track
  • Prepare for client meetings by creating agendas, capturing recaps, and ensuring seamless communication
  • Support 3-4 major integrated campaigns annually—from announcement to execution—working alongside creative, planning, and account teams
  • Track media performance and compile reporting that tells the story of campaign impact
  • Help manage the operational rhythm of multiple teams, keeping everyone organized and moving forward
  • Partner across broader account teams on high-volume coverage needs and fast-moving opportunities
  • Grow your skills in financial planning, project management, and sophisticated media strategy across diverse industry verticals

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in PR, communications, or integrated marketing
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to develop timelines and keep teams on track
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can distill complex information into clear client updates, write compelling recaps, and present confidently in meetings
  • Resourceful problem-solver. You can start work with incomplete information, ask clarifying questions, and adjust as priorities shift
  • Client management experience—you know how to prepare for meetings, anticipate needs, and build trust
  • Background working at an agency where collaboration across disciplines is the norm
  • Team player mentality with a strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Not afraid to ask questions, try new things, and roll up your sleeves
  • Bones: tech, telecom, automative, or retail industry experience

Why This Role

This is your chance to work on award-winning campaigns for major national brands in a collaborative, supportive environment that’s designed to help you grow. You’ll gain exposure to sophisticated media strategy, campaign execution, and the business operations side of account management—building skills that create clear paths to leadership roles. You’ll work across two dynamic accounts, gaining diverse industry experience while partnering with talented teams committed to pushing strategic thinking and delivering high-impact work.

If you’re ready to support big ideas, learn from great leaders, and build your career at one of the industry’s most respected agencies, we want to hear from you.
