Job Description:
The Senior Associate, Client Success is responsible for managing the execution and stewardship of media buys within the Amplifi Advantage program, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Building on foundational media knowledge, this role takes ownership of more complex buying activities and serves as a mentor to Associates, providing guidance and training to support their development. The Senior Associate collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners, proactively resolving issues and identifying opportunities to optimize client savings and campaign performance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking. In addition, the Senior Associate works closely with the Manager to deliver exceptional client service and attend to client campaign needs and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute media buys within the Amplifi Advantage program, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Interface and assist and Manager(s) with day-to-day workloads while overseeing Associates
Review and process media plans from planning and investments teams; register media plans with vendors for confirmation against principal investment deals
Monitor campaign performance and resolve issues such as preemptions and makegoods
Prepare a variety of reports for clients & client teams
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize client savings and program profitability
Partner with planning and investment teams to align client objectives and deliverables.
Assist Manager in communicating with billing department and account teams
Assists Manager in maintaining and tracking client budget levels
Communicate updates, opportunities, and issues proactively to internal teams and client teams
Participate in and begin to lead internal and external meetings, providing clear and actionable insights
Responsible for informing buying staff/clients of new opportunities or issues while guiding Associates through these changes and means of communication
Actively seeks solutions to issues related to media buying tools such as DDS, Prisma, preemptions and makegoods with client’s media schedules
As appropriate, recommend improvements to internal workflow to improve efficiency to Manager
Maintain constant presence in marketplace in order to learn new and innovative ideas that can be presented to management for new deal opportunities
Stay informed on marketplace trends and emerging media opportunities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely follow up on all communications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years media investment, buying, or activation experience
Strong Media Math and Analytical Skills
Fluent in Mediaocean Toolkits (Spot, National, Print, Prisma)
Understanding of, and a desire to learn more about Media Buying
Ability to learn server-based software and tools
Demonstrated passion and curiosity for media investment

Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
