Job Description:

Location: open to remote candidates - must be able to work ET hours.

 

Overview 

The Senior Associate, Media Effectiveness will support our analytics and data operations by ensuring data quality, enabling seamless reporting, and providing day-to-day analytical support. This role will focus on data engineering and pipeline management and media analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and datasets. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Media Analytics  

  • Gather and prepare data for recurring attribution solution on a weekly basis and quarterly MMM inputs, coordinating with media and strategy teams. 

  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly insights reporting on a channel and tactic level.

  • Populate and QA weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. 

  • Provide data compilation and visualization for client deliverables. 

  • QA and maintain taxonomy standards across media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting 

General Responsibilities 

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all deliverables. 

  • Collaborate with onshore analytics and media teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and insights. 

  • Proactively flag data anomalies, pipeline issues, or reporting gaps. 

  • Support process documentation and contribute to workflow improvements. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.

  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, or media reporting. 

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong data QA skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies across sources. 

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Familiarity with Looker, Tableau or Power BI (dashboarding). 

  • Knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g., CM360, TTD, DSP/partner data) a plus.

  • Hands-on exposure to SQL a plus.

  • Strong communication skills; client-facing exposure is a plus. 

The annual salary range for this position is (68,000-$80,000). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
