Job Description:
The Senior Associate, Paid Social will report into the Senior Manager, Paid Social. You will lead the execution of Paid Social campaigns, including review, optimization and reporting, dedicated to one client.
You will be hands-on keys in all paid social platforms and implement campaigns from start to finish. You will be an individual contributor, and see campaigns through setup, completion, and reporting. While developing and formalizing the insights and strategy based on campaign performance is not a direct responsibility of the Senior Associate, you will have visibility into that as a learning opportunity. This role is hybrid, with an expectation to work out of our downtown Chicago office one day a week.
Responsibilities:
- Support paid social campaigns to align with client's goals
- Foster relationships within our team and with our clients by providing updates and communicating frequently
- Maintain relationships with paid social partners to nurture performance growth
- Oversee campaign builds, QAs and optimizations
- Review client data to ensure performance on all campaigns
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in paid social media across a variety of channels including Meta
- 1+ year experience setting up and tracking paid social campaigns from start to finish
- Experience creating data analysis reports via Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables and vLookups
- Beginner experience developing insights from data to be reviewed by Managers, etc.
- Some QA experience in paid social campaigns
- Ability to be flexible with campaign changes and remain calm under pressure

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
