The Senior Associate, Workforce Compliance ensures workforce compliance with various regulations, manages training, audits requirements, and coordinates documentation and reporting.
The Senior Associate, Workforce Compliance is responsible for supporting the compliance of the workforce. This position works directly with workers and clients to ensure compliance of the workforce with Federal and State HSE, drug/alcohol/ background screening and other required training. The Senior Associate Workforce Compliance audits and maintains any changing requirements and completes required reporting, both internally and externally to ensure workers remain compliant to avoid the disruption of work.

Compliance Requirements Support:
- Action, assign and maintain individual and client level requirements, including but not limited to, drug / alcohol / background screenings, online training, training qualifications, client documentation review, insurance and policy and procedure requirements, and Federal and State HSE requirements, to avoid any potential disruption of work
- Supports the ticketing platforms to ensure actions is taken by the respective owners (contractors, clients, third party compliance platforms and/or internal users)
- Maintain Operator Qualifications expirations and address to avoid disruption of work
- Audit changing project requirements and address with the individual or client
- Ensure compliance with clients within ISNetworld, Veriforce, Energy WorldNet and other client specific platforms, including online orientations, Training Qualifications (TQs), and Operator Qualifications (OQs)
- Complete client specific drug and alcohol audits
- Manage drug and alcohol programs in multiple third-party administrator sites, including but not limited to, department of transportation (DOT) and non DOT testing programs
Qualification and Training Coordination:
- Manage directives and acting as a liaison with the worker to prepare them for work
- Coordinate and schedule employees for pre-employment and random drug and alcohol collections, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Coordinate with evaluators to get workers scheduled based on client required operator qualifications, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Align client-specific training within ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Energy WorldNet
- Ensure compliance with random program and manage rosters for the business unit
- Assist Certification team with activities related to Camunda, ZenDesk, and other learning management systems
Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete Compliance Reporting functions for field verification reporting within compliance systems
- Provide key data points for hero metrics and overall health of the program(s)
- Provide client specific audit reports on worker's compliance levels
- Complete cause testing requirements, including, but not limited to, post-accident and reasonable cause/suspicion testing and support the compilation of reporting
- Manage compliance reporting for field verification reporting within compliance systems
- Maintain Confluence Compliance documentation
Business Trends and Mentoring:
- Stays abreast of Federal and State HSE requirements
- Identifies and shares areas of inefficiencies and makes recommendations regarding programs, processes, etc.
- Provides support to junior members of the team
Experience and Education Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in a compliance/auditing role
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer facing role
- Proven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working crossfunctional with sales
- Experience with ensuring compliance with Federal and State HSE requirements
Additional experience preferred, but not required:
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce
- Experience with Third-Party Compliance platforms
