We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Consultant (Post Cloud Migration Support) to partner with cross-functional teams and provide strategic consulting and drive impactful solutions .

About You:

Experience: Senior 7+ years, we are seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant with a demonstrated history of successfully implementing Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. With  hands-on experience managing post migration stabilization, issue resolution, and optimization in a cloud environment. Your deep understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks will empower you to lead teams of Atlassian experts, ensuring that project outcomes align with client requirements and drive measurable success.

  • Provide expertise and  post migration support for Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Marketplace apps, etc.).
  • Drive stabilization efforts, resolve technical issues, and optimize system configurations post-migration.
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed team of engineers, designers, DevOps, and clients.
  • Thrive in a remote work environment, leading and coaching team members from home.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and additional tools within the Atlassian suite (e.g., Bitbucket, Jira Service Management). Familiarity with integration and customization of these tools is highly desirable.
  • Stay up-to-date with Atlassian product best practices to transform client configurations.
  • Consult with clients and the team on process improvements related to Agile methodologies.
  • Quickly learn and understand specific client processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication, particularly via video, phone, email, and chat.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.

Bonus Points For:

  • Atlassian Certified (ACP-120, ACP-620, etc.).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, Python) and REST APIs.
  • Background in system integration and third-party tool connectors
