Daniels Health seeks an experienced billing analyst focused on process improvement to ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing.
 
Daniels is a large international business with operations across Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognized brand in the healthcare space and due to the growth of the Company is looking to grow the billing team.
 
Principle Accountabilities
 
Key Responsibilities/Key Tasks
 
·       Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.
·       Facilitate Month End Reporting including waste reports and invoice summaries
·       Execute and maintain records for manually billed materials
·       Work toward standardizing and improving efficiency of current processes
 
Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications
 
-3+ years billing experience is required
-Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered  
-Intermediate Excel skills 
-Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
