Job Description:

What are we looking for?

You will be responsible for creating demand for the area, by securing deep diagnostic of the brand, linked to Pet Ownership (PO) and healthy pet needs. You will use this to build the Area Brand strategy and effective Pet Owner programmes and (personalised) activation across all paid/ owned and earned touchpoints in the cluster, based on the Global and EU Brand Strategy and global programmes.
You will ensure that activation secures reach, conversion and engagement with Pet owners. Increasing brand awareness, equity and long-term value and short-term demand.

  • Solid brand and marketing functional knowledge and experiences, including brand & media strategy, portfolio activation, utilising digital platform & CRM

  • Recent experience in leading marketing function for a major corporation. 

  • Possess strong leadership, strategic agility and demonstrated ability to implement business strategies to gain competitive advantages

  • Able to influence without authority

  • Familiar with regional and global set up to drive market impact - understands how to manage business and teams in this environment and possesses deep consumer insights 

  • Previous experience in working with multi-national companies and is accustomed to work in a matrix and collaborative environment 

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal  

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • You will be accountable for sustainable and profitable growth of the Royal Canin Brand through effective Brand strategy and Brand building initiatives in a specific Cluster.
  • You will be responsible for Brand and Healthy pet cluster market diagnostics, and will use this to build the cluster markets annual integrated Brand Activation plan to secure reach, conversion and engagement with Pet owners to increase long term value
  • You will build communication strategies and deploys integrated marketing campaigns to create a seamless super premium brand experience- guided by global brand framework
  • You will be responsible to manage A&P budget and resources to ensure and optimise ROI across key initiatives
  • You will drive end to end direct engagement, conversion and retention at market level
  • You will collaborate closely on a global and regional level with Media manager, content Team, CRM team and PO insights analysts to secure development and perfect execution of in market brand activations.
  • You will collaborate closely with Healthy portfolio end-to-end lead to translate portfolio strategy into action.
