As a Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions. Coordinate execution across multiple enterprise initiatives, including internal application development, system integrations, automation, and platform modernization
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams
Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams
Monitor delivery progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams
Support intake and prioritization of new initiatives, aligning scope with business needs, technical feasibility, and resource capacity
Provide leadership with clear, data-driven reporting on project status, risks, resource allocation, and delivery health
Serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and Agile practices to enhance efficiency and predictability
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 10 years of experience managing enterprise systems, technology programs, or complex IT initiatives
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle environments
Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and manage cross-team dependencies
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical execution plans
Experience working with enterprise applications, system integrations, or modernization initiatives
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or enterprise SaaS environments
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams
Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are an advantage
Ability to work remotely within Canada with availability aligned to Eastern Time zone collaboration
