You will be:- facilitating Discovery workshops, including context building, process mapping, and ecosystem assessment across the Health & Safety domain;
- eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while separating business needs from solution design;
- collaborating with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the MVP based on business value, operational impact, compliance, and feasibility;
- mapping current business processes, organizational structures, stakeholders, responsibilities, and dependencies across multiple countries and regions;
- maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery;
- synthesizing research findings into MVP scope recommendations and implementation roadmaps;
- supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining acceptance criteria and ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability.
This is a freelance contract for a short-term engagement, with the project duration of up to 8 weeks. The role requires someone who can quickly understand complex business environments, facilitate discovery activities, and help shape clear requirements and deliverables within a fast-paced Agile setup.
Your profile:- proven experience as a Business Analyst working on enterprise workflow or data-capture platforms;
- strong requirements engineering skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling (e.g. BPMN), and backlog management;
- experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across both business and technical teams;
- hands-on experience working in Agile environments with two-week sprint cycles;
- familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools;
- excellent spoken and written English,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) or improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:- experience in Health & Safety, compliance, audit, or inspection-related projects;
- familiarity with questionnaire or survey platforms and version-controlled templates;
- understanding of AI/LLM use cases, such as response classification or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and awareness of governance considerations,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
