Have you previously worked on pharmacy network reporting initiatives with data-driven strategies and impactful analytic insights? Techstra is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Network Reporting. In this role, you will lead the build, migration, management of front-end client reporting for Network Reporting. You will oversee product management for relevant reporting needs and help deliver services and assets that leverage data, analytics, and strategic collaboration to drive measurable improvements for clients.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Document business and technical requirements for BI/reporting including source data, semantic layer objects, reporting services, and delivery mechanisms. 

  • Collect and maintain an inventory of BI/reporting assets including those in legacy tools and newly built assets in the enterprise BI platform. 

  • Develop visualization and report services that enable self-service capabilities within assigned product area. 

  • Track intake and prioritize the delivery of BI/reporting requests. 

  • Support the migration of legacy BI/reporting assets to the new enterprise BI/reporting platform. 

  • Create documentation and deliver training for the Network Reporting product vertical. 

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on member experience best practices and advocate for the voice of the member in business decisions. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 10+ years of business intelligence / reporting experience 

  • 7+ years of healthcare experience 

  • 5+ years of experience with PBM/Pharmacy 

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmacy network reporting. 

  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel). 

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience with an enterprise BI/reporting platform (Microstrategy / Strategy One preferred) 

  • 3+ years project management/coordination, preferably Agile
