Key Responsibilities
CJA Implementation & Enablement
- Configure and implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) in alignment with enterprise analytics and data strategy.
- Build and validate connections, data views, field mappings, joins, and identity stitching to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Design reporting structures that unify journey behavior across AEP, RTCDP, web, app, offline, and third-party systems.
- Map schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces to create clean and reliable inputs for cross-channel reporting.
- Leverage AEP Query Service and Data Distiller to shape datasets, normalize events, optimize joins, and prepare analytics-ready tables.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure datasets follow CJA best practices for cardinality, granularity, and stitching.
- Create calculated metrics, filters, visualizations, and dashboards that translate customer behavior into business insights.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that tie platform usage to business outcomes.
- Guide marketing and product teams in operationalizing insights for journey optimization, personalization, and activation.
- Partner with AEP, RTCDP, and AJO teams to ensure analytics alignment with upstream event design and downstream activation.
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into analytics deliverables.
- Support governance, QA, data validation, and ongoing analytics operations.
Platform Expertise
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), and familiarity with AJO journey datasets is preferred.
- Strong experience with:
- Schema mapping, data modeling, and event normalization
- Identity alignment and cross-dataset stitching
- Calculated metrics, components, and CJA data view configuration
- AEP Query Service and Data Distiller for dataset preparation
- Ability to analyze and interpret cross-channel journey behavior and translate technical findings into business-ready insights.
- Experience defining KPI frameworks and enabling measurement strategies for enterprise programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in analytics and data integrity.
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-solution Adobe programs is a plus.
