About This Role
The Senior Client Services Coordinator (SCSC) is a pivotal support role within the Account Management Team. This position bridges operational execution by supporting Account Executives (AEs) to enhance client relationships, improve account operations, and ensure appropriate support of each client. The SCSC role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
Position Overview
Client (Account) Support:
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support seamless communication and issue resolution.
· Maintain accurate and detailed client records within a specified timeframe.
· Proactively identify and address client concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
· Track deliverable timelines and make certain they are met.
· Identify opportunities for service enhancements and share recommendations with the Account Executives.
· Participate in client meetings as needed.
· Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and compiling data.
Operational Excellence:
· Assist in managing account logistics, including tracking contract milestones, overseeing onboarding tasks, and monitoring the implementation timeline.
· Monitor and document client feedback, escalating patterns or concerns to the AE for strategic discussion.
Proactive Client Engagement:
· Assist in gauging satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional support in collaboration with Account Executive to improve client success
· Participate in client training sessions or workshops, ensuring adoption and proper use of company products or services.
Business Development Support:
· Collaborate with the AE to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and emerging industry trends.
· Support referral generation efforts by helping to identify and nurture potential leads within existing client networks.
Requirements
Skills and Competencies:
· Strong business acumen with an ability to understand client challenges and connect them to company solutions
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of independently prioritizing tasks under clear guidance
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
· Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Experience:
· Experience in customer service, account coordination, administrative operations, or related fields. Experience in other environments with transferable skills will be considered.
· Strong organizational/project management skills, and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with electronic medical record platforms is a plus
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in related fields including business, healthcare management, public administration, or similar. Significant relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a specific field of degree.
