***This position is an Onsite role based out of our Chicago, IL office.***

About You:

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support our Occupier Services team, focusing on client relationship management, transaction coordination, and marketing content creation. You are exceptionally detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and passionate about commercial real estate.

In essence, you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel under pressure, task prioritization and completion. You are self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong time management skills for multitasking. Most importantly, you seek an opportunity to advance your career in commercial real estate within a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will…

  • Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.

  • Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).

  • Maintain property listings on various websites, update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites

  • Maintain records of correspondence, complete marketing update reports and client activity reports.

  • Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation. 

  • Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables, availabilities).Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.

  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers

  • Responsible for showing properties and creating and holding open houses.

  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes.

  • Database management with multiple target populations

  • Draft or edit legal documents as applicable to transactions.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing or another related field

  • Holds a commercial real estate license.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. 

  • High degree of professionalism and passion for success.

  • Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,475 to $80,000. 

 

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

Benefits  

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually.  Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.  Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.  Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
