The Senior Client Success Director (Sr. CSD) serves as the primary client contact within the Wiland organization for an assigned book of business.  This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals while driving client satisfaction, retention and growth. 

The Sr. CSD develops a thorough understanding of each client’s business, industry, goals, and performance metrics and uses that knowledge to recommend Wiland products, services, and strategies. This position independently manages complex, high-value client relationships and builds trusted partnerships with senior and C-suite leaders.

Travel to client offices and industry events may equal or exceed 25% of time worked.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary client contact for assigned book of business.  A Sr. CSD will work independently and have demonstrated success in managing large clients, and successful developing/growing their business with Wiland. 
  • Track record of consistent client growth in meeting growth objectives. 
  • Develop and continually maintain strong, valued relationships with “C Level” executives at the client’s organizations they are assigned. 
  • Apply knowledge of Wiland’s complete suite of products and services to recommend solutions that align with client needs. 
  • Select appropriate models and develop strategic recommendations and proposals.
  • Responsible for all revenue for assigned clients.  Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients as appropriate to maximize revenue results.
  • Strategize with clients.  Become educated and experienced in clients’ industries.  Maintain a thorough understanding of each clients’ businesses.
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience. 
  • 8+ years experience in the direct marketing/data industry or
  • 8+ years experience in list circulation or client service experience.
  • 8+ years experience with Microsoft software products and research capabilities on the Internet.
  • 4+ years experience in sales and account management.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Location: Remote (Colorado preferred)
  • Department: Client Success - Catalog, Retail, CPG
  • Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component.
