Gong is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. You will play a critical role in helping and implementing our compensation programs to attract, retain and motivate talent. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the overall compensation program development, which may include annual salary structure design, compensation planning process, and equity programs.
  • Dive into data and build dynamic compensation models that provide insights and influence key decisions.
  • Create compelling narratives using data for program outcome reviews and retrospectives.
  • Program Manager annual compensation processes such as annual compensation planning and equity refresh programs.
  • Develop project plans for execution of programs including benchmarking, design and modeling, budgets, timelines, communication and training.
  • Measure effectiveness of compensation programs and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date compensation resources – Regularly update content, improve resource accessibility, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the information aligns with current policies, market trends, and internal needs.
  • Manage and consult on other HR and compensation related projects as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years of experience in a compensation role within the technology industry, or a similarly applicable field
  • Proven background in both compensation analytics and technology solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google sheets/Excel, including experience building complex analyses and models
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work, while focusing on accuracy and top notch critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with professionalism and discretion

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $133,500 - $157,000 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
