The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in the evaluation, implementation, and administration of company-wide compensation programs to align with organizational objectives and best practices. This position involves providing expert support in analytics, reporting, and compensation program guidance to ensure business objectives are met. The individual will focus on detailed data analysis to support ongoing and future projects while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and practices. Combining strong technical skills and industry knowledge, this role bridges strategic goals and day-to-day operational success.

What you'll do:
Compensation Analysis and Program Administration
- Evaluate and maintain company-wide compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market trends
- Conduct detailed benchmarking analyses using salary survey data to recommend salary ranges or adjustments
- Maintain and audit compensation-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze HR data using advanced Excel functions (VBA, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and generate tailored reports through HRIS Workday to enhance compensation decision-making
- Create predictive models to evaluate potential impacts of compensation adjustments or new programs
Stakeholder Support and Consulting
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand role responsibilities and market positioning for compensation planning
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation best practices, providing workshops and guideline training as needed
- Provide detailed guidance on regulatory compliance relating to compensation activities
Process Improvement and Systems Management
- Act as a point of contract for Workday HRIS regarding compensation module functionality and enhancements
- Design and implement process improvements for efficiency in compensation operations
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation analysis or HR-related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA programming, pivot tables, and macros
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS system, especially compensation-related modules
- In-depth understanding of compensation structures, trends, and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred but not required
