We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead strategic business transformation projects for founder-led companies. This role involves designing and delivering high-impact consulting sessions, building ROI models, and guiding executives through structured transformation roadmaps. You will work directly with leadership teams, presenting insights at the board level and ensuring measurable outcomes.
This is a role for someone who thrives in high-stakes, client-facing environments and has a proven track record of driving clarity and execution in complex organizations.
Lead consulting sessions to assess current operations, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Build ROI models, 90-day action plans, and system roadmaps to support client growth.
Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations at board level.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consulting insights are executed effectively.
Support presales and client acquisition with subject-matter expertise.
Ensure measurable outcomes and value creation for clients.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
7–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or IT/business transformation.
Background in Big 4, boutique consulting, or scaling mid-sized businesses.
Strong boardroom presence and confidence presenting to executives.
Proven ability to design and implement structured transformation initiatives.
Fluent English.
BenefitsCompensation & Location
Compensation: $7K–$10K/month (USD), depending on experience.
Location: Remote – open to candidates based in the US (CST/EST preferred) or LATAM.
Travel may be required for key client workshops.
