Remote Senior Consultant responsible for ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) implementation and management, overseeing full software and hardware asset lifecycles, creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards, applying technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and scripting, and driving business process documentation and improvement.
This is a remote position.
- Experience in working within ITAM ServiceNow Module (HAM/SAM)
- Understanding of complete asset management lifecycle (Software/Hardware)
- Technical background and understanding of IT service Infra, scripting and software technologies.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation capability.
- Experience in business process management, including writing, processes, and process improvement plans.
