This is the editorial center of gravity for QW's marketing team. You're not a supporting function — you set the writing bar, ensure the brand voice comes through in every format, and translate complex ideas about the workplace into content that HR professionals actually want to read.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working within a strategy set by the Sr. Brand & Content Manager, you own the planning and execution of derivative content across channels: blogs, social, email, worksheets, webinar copy. You also build and run the customer case study program end-to-end, and partner with Brand on social strategy and execution. The role rewards people who are equally comfortable with a content calendar and a blank page.
Please note that a portfolio of or links to published work is required when you apply.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the content calendar — ensuring consistent publishing cadence and clear cross-functional visibility into what's planned and when
- Develop derivative content from pillar pieces: blog posts, social content, worksheets, and email snippets that extend the reach of core themes across channels
- Interview QW's leaders and subject matter experts to extract the insights that fuel case studies, thought leadership, and pillar content
- Build and own the customer case study program end-to-end — from customer identification and outreach through interviews, writing, and publication
- Partner with Brand on social strategy, then own day-to-day execution across active channels
- Write and edit email copy, ad copy, and webinar content in support of demand generation and campaign initiatives
- Support PR and earned media efforts in partnership with the Brand team
- Step in as the editorial resource across marketing whenever strong writing or brand voice calibration is needed — this is a real part of the job, not an afterthought
- Apply SEO and AEO best practices independently to all content — keyword research, search intent, content structure — to maximize organic reach
What You'll Bring
- 7-10 years of content, communications, or editorial experience in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment
- A journalistic background or sensibility: skilled at interviewing executives and subject matter experts, finding the story, and writing with a clear point of view
- Proven ability to execute across multiple formats and channels — blogs, social, email, webinar content, and enablement assets
- Experience building or scaling a customer case study or reference program
- Strong, independently applied working knowledge of SEO and AEO
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, clarity, and consistency
- Experience in HR tech, People Operations, or an adjacent B2B vertical
- Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, or talent development subject matter
- Experience connecting content performance to pipeline metrics
