About Venn

Venn is revolutionizing how businesses enable BYOD workforces, removing the burden of buying and securing laptops or dealing with virtual desktops. Our patented technology provides companies with a new approach to securing remote employees and contractors working on unmanaged computers. With Venn’s Blue Border™ software, work lives in a company-controlled Secure Enclave installed on the user’s computer, enabling IT teams to secure company data while ensuring end-user privacy. Over 700 organizations, including Fidelity, Guardian, and Voya, trust Venn to meet FINRA, SEC, NAIC, and SOC 2 standards.

The Opportunity
Marketing's job at Venn is to make a technical security category feel obvious. As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll own that translation — turning Blue Border's capabilities into content that wins attention, builds trust, and drives pipeline across web, video, and social. You'll work closely with leadership, demand gen, sales, and product, operating inside Venn's existing messaging and positioning, and you'll bring a track record of content that's moved real traffic and conversion numbers.
This is an individual-contributor role reporting into Marketing leadership, ideal for someone about six or more years into their content marketing career who is ready to run a content program with real autonomy — not just execute a calendar handed to them.

What You'll Do

  • Build Venn's category narrative and sharpen our differentiation against VDI, MDM, enterprise browsers, and other alternatives
  • Write and maintain use case, customer, product, and blog content, and contribute to Learning Center resources
  • Script and direct short-form product explainers, customer stories, and demo videos — briefing and managing editors and agency partners
  • Own the social calendar across LinkedIn, Meta, and adjacent channels, including executive amplification and launch support
  • Contribute to sales enablement assets: battlecards, competitive one-pagers, objection handling guides, and case studies
  • Track and report on content performance — organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI citations, engagement, and pipeline influence

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in B2B content or product marketing, including meaningful time in cybersecurity, IT, or a comparable technical category
  • A portfolio that spans written, web, video, social, and sales-facing content
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate competitive differentiation and product-market fit for a technical product
  • Comfort incorporating AI tools into your content production workflow
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or production partners
  • No fear of the camera — you're ready to show up in video content, not just write about it

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to IT and security buyers in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare)
  • Website CRO experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Semrush, or comparable SEO tooling, and modern video production workflows

Why You'll Love Working Here

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team's health, well-being, and work-life balance, including:

  • Competitive compensation and commission opportunities
  • Equity at Venn
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Healthcare FSA, HSA, and commuter benefits
  • Unlimited paid time off, paid sick time, NYSE company holidays, and a paid birthday off
  • The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup with a collaborative, high-impact team where every voice is valued and there are clear paths for growth and promotion

We operate with Trust, Humility, Relationships, Innovation, Vigor, and Empowerment and we look for teammates who do the same!
