Angott Search Group is partnering with a dynamic midsized national firm in the search for a Senior Corporate Associate with 6–8 years of corporate experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group.

About the Practice

The Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of transactional and governance matters. The team handles M&A transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries, including food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, professional services, cannabis, and more.

The work includes complex acquisitions and divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings, and general corporate counseling.

Experience:

  • Private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and general corporate matters.
  • Extensive knowledge of private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions, and private securities offerings.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with alternative practice structures is a plus.
