Position Responsibilities
Oversee complex litigation, claims and internal investigations, minimizing legal risk and aligning with business strategy.
Respond to regulatory inquiries, pre-litigation claims and critical disputes.
Advise senior executives on legal risk, compliance and conflict resolution.
Shape litigation strategy, oversee outside counsel and drive efficient case management.
Stay ahead of legal and regulatory trends to support proactive and informed business recommendations.
Mentor legal team members and champion department best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
10+ years of experience handling litigation and regulatory matters in law firm or in-house roles.
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible as in-house counsel.
Strong business instincts, leadership presence and communication skills.
