About the Company

Our client is a rapidly scaling performance marketing agency partnering with fast-growing eCommerce and digital-first brands. They specialize in creating data-driven, high-converting ad creatives across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, helping brands scale profitably.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with a strong background in performance marketing and paid social to lead the development of winning creative strategies.

You’ll be responsible for ideating, testing, and scaling ad concepts that drive measurable results, working closely with media buyers, designers, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative strategy development for paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Ideate high-performing ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative insights
  • Build and manage structured creative testing frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, editors, and designers
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate on top-performing creatives
  • Present strategies, results, and insights to internal teams or clients
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid social, UGC, and digital content

Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Proven track record of driving results through paid social creatives
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube advertising
  • Experience working with eCommerce/DTC brands
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience in agency or high-growth startup environments preferred
  • Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
