If you love building programs from the ground up, thinking creatively and strategically in campaigns, and creating a sense of community that makes customers feel excited and proud to belong, this role is for you.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

What You’ll Do
- Own, develop, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the FloQast Certified Accountant (FCA) program—from awareness to enrollment to completion.
- Partner closely with Customer Marketing to launch creative, multi‑channel campaigns (email, in‑app, social media, webinars, contests, customer stories, and more).
- Design lifecycle campaigns that encourage customers to start the certification, maintain momentum, and finish strong within the customer lifecycle.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns using data and insights (enrollment, engagement, completion rates).
- Own and develop the strategy behind the FCA community in line with company and industry initiatives.
- Create a strong sense of community and exclusivity for FCA‑certified customers.
- Plan and host local meetups, virtual events, and exclusive roundtables for certified members.
- Develop programs and perks for certified users (swag, badges, LinkedIn assets, special access, recognition moments, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to spotlight FCA members through case studies, testimonials, and social content.
- Ideate and execute broader user engagement campaigns to increase adoption and ongoing usage of FloQademy.
- Partner with Education, Product, and Customer Success teams to promote new courses, learning paths, and platform updates based on user feedback and data.
- Experiment with gamification, challenges, and incentives to make learning engaging and sticky.
- Work closely with Customer Marketing, Customer Education, Social, Events, and Customer Success teams.
- Serve as the go‑to owner for certification‑related campaigns and community initiatives.
- Align education engagement efforts with broader customer marketing, and product adoption and retention goals.
What You'll Bring
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer marketing, education marketing, certification marketing, and/or community‑focused roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
- Experience building and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, specifically around certifications.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, engagement strategies, and retention marketing.
- Proven ability to build and scale communities (online and/or in‑person).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Creative thinker who loves experimenting with new ideas while staying data‑driven.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills—you’re comfortable working across teams.
- Passion for education, professional development, and customer advocacy.
